Please help, I inherited this site and am trying to tidy it up www.alphafactor.co.uk
I would like the catergories to actuallu fit into the Pink strip across the page. I also do not like the horrible graphic of scenery, how do I get rid of this?
Any other ideas to tidy up will be well appreciated.

1. The background image for the category tabs is only 30px high, so the two lines of text won't fit. You'll have to edit the image to make it taller, or remove it.

Why not think about a different template? To be honest, the site really does not look good at all. Some free templates available in the free add-ons... those by Picaflor Azul would look very nice for your sort of site.

The current pink suggests it's an XXX site.
