    Default Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded

    I am having the problem of who's online showing every guest, spider and bot as having either an active cart or inactive cart. Also the page never completely loads and I get the error message...

    "Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /home/******/public_html/admin/whos_online.php on line 410"

    I've seen other posts on this but all corrections seem to involve having your host deactivate suhosin. I have checked with my host twice and they assure me suhosin is not installed.

    The started after I updated Zen-cart.

    I am running

    Zen Cart 1.3.9h
    Patch: 1::
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.9h

    Thanks!

    or go to zencart admin>>tools> server/version info and check maximum execution time

    if its 60 seconds then you might need to modify your php.ini file

    Default Who's online problem...No Suhosin!

    Thanks for the reply!

    My host has increased value of the max execution time in my php settings, no change. Still timing out and of course I still have all those active carts...Any idea? Thanks!

    There's no such thing as a "Patch 1" for v1.3.9.
    That suggests you've got files on your site from an older version.
    And, if that's the case it makes me wonder whether you've got lots of other mixed up files that might be causing complications.
