    Default Migrated store to new server... Orders not showing up. Help please

    Hello All,

    I'm having a problem after a migration. I'm not sure if the problem lies with Paypal or Zen-Cart's interaction. Here's the story:

    I migrated the entire website and database to a new server. Zencart can properly update the MySQL tables as new orders are coming in and paypal is getting the money. New customer information is there but the order doesn't get created. I have no idea what they ordered, all I get is a total from Paypal.

    Zen Cart 1.3.8a
    Centos 5.7
    PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard (only one I use)

    I can't remember if there was an API signature that I had to update when I initialized the PayPal module years ago. Or Paypal can't communicate with the new server (though all firewall settings remain the same).

    Any ideas or logs to review?? I enabled logging via Paypal's module within Zencart, but nothing has come in yet.

    May or may not have to do with the migration. Remove Paypal IPN and install the much more reliable Paypal Express, and those problems should go away.

    IPN check shows:

    IPNCHECK.PHP - Version 1.0

    IPN TESTING - POSTING to PayPal via: ssl://www.paypal.com:443

    IPN FATAL ERROR :: Could not establish fsockopen.
    Host Details = ssl://www.paypal.com:443 (110) Connection timed out

    Trying again without SSL ...

    IPN FATAL ERROR :: Could not establish fsockopen.
    Host Details = ssl://www.paypal.com:443 (110) Connection timed out


    I should have connection and access to paypal.com

    I'm willing to change anything. I guess I'll research it. Any paperwork on the installation and setup??

    Narrowed down some issue:

    Old server that everything worked:

    telnet www.paypal.com 443
    Trying 66.211.169.65...
    Connected to www.paypal.com.
    Escape character is '^]'.
    ^]
    telnet> quit


    New server that isn't working:
    telnet www.paypal.com 443
    Trying 66.211.169.74...

    So something is blocking me outbound to paypal but my firewall is empty. I can't remember if, during the initial setup, I had to give Paypal any hostname or IP information of my server. Can anyone tell me if that is the case? Perhaps they are blocking my new IP?
