Rollover Images and Add Product to Cart With Link in an EZ Page

Hey all.

I've created an EZ page that includes rollover images (found here: http://beamerfilms.com/sermon-videos...ptions-page-24 )

As is, those rollovers go to a product page. I would like to instead have the product added directly to the shopping cart. I've successfully enabled a form on a separate page that does exactly that (found here: http://beamerfilms.com/sermon-videos/subscriptions-2 )

After hours of failed attempts, I'm realizing I'm in over my head and reaching out for help. Could anyone out there help merge these two concepts?

Oh, for reference, here's a bit of html I'm using for the first rollover on the /subscription-page-24 EZ Page:

And here is the code I'm using for the "Add To Cart" form that works when the image is clicked:

Again, I'm just trying to merge these two working concepts, but am having troubles.

I almost failed to mention that I tried this as well:

which informs that no form is necessary by using

http://linktostore.com/index.php?action=buy_now&products_id=1

But that way of linking didn't appear to work on my site -- perhaps because I'm using Simple SEO...??? That's just a guess, though.
