Website is HIDGuy.Net

Problem i am having is that on the main page there isn't enough spacing up and down and then when you go to a different page you notice that that box's spacing up and down grows drastically and is huge. Not sure what files i need to post for you guys or could you point me in the right direction on where to check that spacing?
