1.3.9 fresh install with attribute grid for tshirt sizes/colors
If you go to this page and fill in the info and try to place in the cart it blows up and causes an internal server error

Where is the problem that is cause the server to stop working.

Probably extra files, duplicated files, backup files that should not have been left on server, or bad code in an addon.
