Default Header on outbound HTML emails not changed

    V1.3.9h new install

It seemed straight forward enough. I read the following FAQ

    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=112

I created a new header.JPG (110X550) , renamed the original header.jpg in /email and still after several days, I'm still getting the original Zen picture. I'm at a loss as this is among the simplest changes I've made but is frustrating the heck out of me.

Is the header.jpg located in /email the only location that the email engine would draw the header picture from?

My hosting provider says there is no caching in the server so if the original image is cached where is it being stored?

It's cached on your own PC.

    Dr. Byte,

Thanks again for reminding me of the facts.

I think it's going to be hard for me to pass to 5th grade if I keep failing these simple tests.

I had gone to delete browsing history(IE9) at least 10 times in the last few days wanting to see the new header logo in the emails, looked to see all the boxes were checked and proceeded to hit the delete button without reading.

It's like the trick question on the fourth grade test.

The top box says Preserve Website Favorites Data
    leaving it checked.......

"Craig, I'm sorry you'll have to repeat the 4th grade one more year or until you accept that Zen Cart works great if you follow the instructions properly"
