I have just purchase, TechProcess Payment Gateway.

Then give me PHP Integration Kit.

Now I want to redirect from my website to Payment getways file.

can any one tell me. which file i need to edit.
from which file i can redirect to payment getways file.

is any plugin available for techpricess gateway.

Before you purchase things, make sure they can work with zencart.

If you cannot write the payment module yourself, you will need to ask someone to do it for you. Such a person will probaby ask to be paid.

Writing payment modules needs skill and knowledge of zencart.
