Admin login loop issue, tried fixes in other threads

I'm having the same admin login loop issue that others have posted about: I log in, it takes me to the main admin page, and if I click on anything, I go straight back to the login page.

The other store I webmaster for is perfectly fine though. Same computer, same browser, same version, etc.

They have different hosts.

I have tried solves that were posted in other threads, fresh install, clearing cache, checking files, etc.

Still stuck in the loop.

Anybody have any ideas?
