Define in Help Please. Newbe

I had a friend build my site for me so I dont really know about codes and web terms. I have not been able to get ahold of him for sometime now so I need help please.

The section above the shopping cart that says " you may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here" (define in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)

When I go to the define page editor, I cannot find the link to edit this area? I searched in the developers tool kit and see it there. But I still don't know where find it.

(define in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)

This just means to edit the file and make your desired definitions. Only filenames starting with define_ are found in the Define Pages Editor. The rest you need to edit the ordinary way, by downloading, editing in a file/text editor like Notepad++ and reuploading to your server.

Ok thank you. So I should see this one in the editor right? Cause I don't.

No. Only file names that begin with define will be found in that editor, as Glenn said. You'll need to download the file to your PC, edit it with a good text editor (like Notepad++) and upload the modified file to your site. You'll need an FTP client like FileZilla to send the file back and forth.

No. If it were one that could be edited with the define pages editor, it would look like define_shopping_cart.php, instead of shopping_cart.php. There are only a limited number of pages that can be edited in define pages editor, and this isn't one of them.
