I'm using Zen Cart version 1.3.9h and I'm not able to get UPS shipping to work.
From the admin panel, I went to Modules>Shipping. In there, I selected the UPS module and clicked install. I answered all of the questions about pickup method and packaging, as well as shipping zone.
But it never asked me about my UPS account.
UPS shipping is the only shipping module I have installed and when I go to the checkout from my store, it says "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time."
Is there some other place I have to configure the shipping? In a .php file somewhere? Or do I need to just link my website with my UPS account on the UPS site?
I was only able to find one explanation of how to setup UPS shipping, but it didn't explain how my module gets linked to my UPS account.
