USPS shipping options not showing up in shipping estimator

At first, it appeared that the shipping estimator wasn't working AT ALL - but then I tried adding a 2nd shipping option (UPS). THEN it started showing shipping options - but only for UPS - still no love from the USPS. My configuration is attached; anyone spot any problems? If there's nothing wrong with my configuration, how can I find out if the USPS is returning ANY data to me?

Check that you are using the January 2, 2011 version C from post #26 for the USPS shipping module:

Make sure you follow the instructions to:
REMOVE
Copy new usps.php to the /includes/modules/shipping
INSTALL
Re-Configure
