Error Code showing on my store when I click add this to my cart!

When I click on a product to: add this item to my cart.

underneat the refresh button and estimate shipping this is the error code listed:

any ideas as why this error code is showing up?

That appears to be debug output or broken PHP files. It could be a result of incomplete FTP uploads for the various addons you've installed, including the one mentioned in the text you quoted. Or it could be debug settings you've enabled in that addon.
