After having problems with Paypal ipn orders not showing up in my admin, I upgraded to Paypal Express Checkout. It does not seem to be working when I tested it. I get the following message after signing in to my paypal account to place an order - At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to "MY WEBSTITE NAME" and try another option. I searched the forums, but couldn't find the answer. I am using version v1.3.9h. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
