how to speed up index page (main page)? (GoDaddy is slow)

how to speed up index page (main page)?
It loads about 10 seconds more or less.
I checked the CPU usage,it eat up 66% of my CPU usage. how to optimize my index.php ?
I really need your suggestions for my site,sorry to have my site here.

If you turn on Admin - Configuration - Logging - Display The Page Parse Time we might be able to see something.
