    Default With 3rd party template and mods concern

    Hi Sirs,

    Is there any advises for users currently using 3rd party template and many add on mods to upgrade to v1.5 from v1.39h ?

    There aren't really any shortcuts - you'll need to compare all the files that your mods have changed with the files that are different in the new version and make the proper edits.

    As stevesh says, the process is the same wherever your template comes from. I can say though, that there aren't a whole of template-related changes to worry about.

    My advice is to setup a 'test dir.' that is password protected. This will allow you test everything first while keeping anyone else from seeing what's in there. Also avoids the stress of updating a Live Site that is making you money.
