PHP versions of Freehostia

Hello,
I'm using ZenCart 1.3.8a and my website is stored with freehostia (not the free plan).
Lately they have published the following message which I don't know what I am supposed to do with in regard to my ZenCart configuration. Here is the message:

Starting from the beginning of the next week we will be performing an upgrade of the PHP versions of Freehostia insensibly, including the PHP 5.3.

In order to prevent eventual issues with your websites, please make sure that you upgrade the scripts you are using like Joomla, Wordpress, etc. to the latest versions offered by their vendors.

I am not aware of any uses of Joomla or wordpress scripts by ZenCart. Do I need to do anything with my ZenCart instalation to avoid problems?

You need to upgrade to the latest Zen Cart version ASAP. The version you're using has well known security vulnerabilities, and is also not compatible with current PHP versions (such as 5.3 which your host is upgrading to).
