Hi folks,

I am trying to install zencart on my local machine, I downloaded wamp 2.3, it shows different interface than the tutorial How to set up a Wamp5 Server and install Zencart on your PC so I downloaded 2.0 and install it again. I followed the steps in the instruction but don't see where to set root password in phpMyAdmin, so I leave the password as default blank, and then continue to install zencart, I got the following error:

0 Install Error: Could not connect to the Database
in:
[DROP TABLE IF EXISTS upgrade_exceptions;]

Can anyone give me some clues? Thank you ver much.

I'm using zencart version 1.3.9
