Reinstall: Functioning Admin...No Front End

Hi All,
I recently switched hosting accounts I have imported my database and installed zen cart from my hosting company's site. I am able to log into the back end (admin) of my site with no problem: products, customer, modules, etc.
however
the front end says "Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart™."
I have changed the permission settings to 777 for the listed files/folders.
When I attempt to Run zc_install/index.php via my browser, it gives me a "Page not found
The page you are looking for might have been removed,
had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. "

The correct procedure for switching hosting servers is: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=100

Apparently you've damaged your /includes/configure.php file, probably by overwriting it with the one from the old server. The instructions I mention above tell you to be careful not to do that.
