I am useing ver 1.5 when creatinf an account I can only choose title as Mr or Ms can anyone tell me how to install Mrs as this seemes to be missing

This is a fresh install of Zencart 1.5 with a new database

There are only two options in the salutation - Mr. and Ms.

I created a mod some time ago that added Mrs., Miss and Dr., but in the process I realized that in the entire history of your relationship with any particular customer, the salutation is used exactly once : in the welcome email when he/she creates an account, so I never uploaded it.

Makes more sense to me just to turn it off.

If you turn off the "salutation," does that prevent it from requesting gender? I'd like to not request gender, or to add another option ("N/A" to give people a choice on whether to respond) if possible.
