Hi all. I have been browsing the forums but I can't find anything which quite matches my problem so I'm hoping someone can help.
When I enter the Gross price for a product in the Admin->catalog->categories/products->product entry screen the tax rate will not calculate correctly, so if I enter a product rate of £1 gross with 20% tax rate, the net tax rate appears at £1 also instead of being 80p-ish.
When I view the product in the main store it shows the price as £1 (which is correct) but on checkout the 20% tax rate has now been added making the total product price £1.20 instead of the £1 figure that I want.

Product Price Tax Class Default - When Adding New Products = ID 1 (taxable goods)
Order Total Modules
Tax = Installed
I'm sure I am just missing some small detail here but I just can't find it and without knowing what I'm looking for I can't find an answer in the forums.
