When going through the checkout process on our cart, if a customer selects USPS "Standard Post" and then continues, on the next page it shows that they selected "Express Mail" (which is a lot more money than Standard..)
How can I fix it so selecting Standard actually works for my customers?

Did you install the new USPS module required after Jan 27, 2013?
