    Default Download product still has shipping

    Hi, I've set up a downloadable video product, and everything seems to be in order, but when I test it, the shipping screen comes up, and the download never seems available upon checkout. I've followed this excellent tutorial:
    tutorial-download-attribs-139,
    and I have selected "No, Shipping Address Required" and "No, Normal Shipping Rules" and verified the attributes, etc, got the green light, everything looks good. I have only one radio button option. What could be wrong. Here is my site: artbylowell.com
    and the product is marked free if you'd like a risk-free trial. Thanks, I'll check back for suggestions in the morning.

    Make sure that on the Attribute for the download that you see the green dot next to the download file name ...

    Yes I have the green dot. I'm considering that because I had once had "Yes, always free shipping" selected, the product is permanently hosed. Gonna try an new product and do everything right the first time. Make sense?

    I tried a different product, followed all the guidelines, and it seems to work fine. I've deleted the original product and will try again from scratch. I think THIS particular problem is solved.

    Thanks for the update that this fixed it ...

    Kind of odd that it broke, but without a lot of testing on a bazillion things that may have gone wrong on the data it is hard to determine the problem ...
