When did this start?
What tax rates do you have set up in your admin, and why?

This started after I updated from 1.3.9h to 1.5 (this might be my fault....)When did this start?
I have the local sales tax and state of kansas tax. What tax rates do you have set up in your admin, and why?
KS is 6.3%
Local county tax is 1%
I upgraded via the suggested updates for custom updates. (took almost 2 days..)
I installed it via FTP and ran cz_install.
My installation is different by keeping "Super orders/ Super Edit" working.
I have searched in the FAQ section, couldn't locate much in relation to my errors.
I did check the forums, but not much there either in relation to this.. (again might be something i overlooked)
I noticed this problem started the day of my first post on this topic.
I did test the site on a test server prior to uploading to live site.
.............................
I did just realize that taxes are only being "added" to orders in kansas.
I had a couple of orders in the last couple of days, where taxes were "shown" but not in the "total" of the order. So now I am working on that as well.
and if the person is from Kansas, ordering, it does charge double the tax rates. (checking all the edited files for super orders now.. )
Okay, so I have checked my includes/classes/orders.php and I cant find any errors.. So I am doing a fresh install (without worrying about my add-ons) replacing all the files in the root/includes.. and root/(admin)
I cant remember what all I have added..... and it seems easier to just start from scratch..

You know, I might have overlooked that problem. The problem still exists after installing the fresh files over the ones on the live site that I had edited.
The only way to get the correct amount for taxes, is to display taxes on the product cost.
I do apologize for being a little overzealous about installing the upgrade so quick. I should have tested it longer.
