I need helpchanging the title of the header "Documents"?

This might be ridiculous for some, but I am really frustrated by my inability to find the h3 header to change the word "Documents" in the zen cart menu?I can adjust categories, etc names, but not this main section(not even sure what its called)

I've attached it. I really just need to find out which document the coding for the headers/text are? I attached a screenshot for it to see what I'm talking about..

That is the heading of the documents sidebox.
All text output is defined in language files. To find the place where you can change this, search in Tools > Developers Toolkit, top left box, for Documents. Among the results will be the file and line number where this is defined. Then open that file in a text editor and redefine it.

Thanks man! I really appreciate it! If found it in 2 seconds! I'm still learning...any good manuals to study to learn this stuff? or is learning by doing the best bet?
