Difficulty setting up Free Shipping above a certain total

Hello,

I am having trouble setting up my shipping options so that users can get free shipping on orders above a total of X dollars.

I have tried setting the Modules -> Shipping Modules -> Free Shipping Options to have a
Total >= 60.00 , but that does not limit the free shipping for users under $60.

I have also tried setting Modules -> Order Total -> Shipping, and that has not worked for me either.

My current setup is this: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Modules -> Shipping -> Free Shipping Options - freeoptions: not installed
Modules -> Shipping -> FREE SHIPPING! - freeshipper: installed, enabled, Free Shipping Cost 0.00

Modules -> Order Total -> Shipping - ot_shipping: installed, Allow Free Shipping = true, For Orders Over $60.00
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With this setup, my store has Free Shipping available no matter what the order total is.

I understand that some combination of the above 3 settings is supposed to enable free shipping over X amount, but I have no idea if I should use Shipping->Free Shipping Options, or Order Total->Shipping, or both.

Can someone please let me know what settings to put on these three items so my store offers free shipping on orders over $60 only?

On the Free Shipping Options freeoptions make sure the only setting is on Total >= 60.00 and all other settings are blank ... not set to 0 ...

I have made sure that the only setting is on Total >= 60.00 and all other settings are blank, but it still shows free shipping as a Shipping Method, regardless of the user's cart total.

Also, I have set up Flat Rate shipping as a Shipping Module, but that does not show up on the Checkout at all.

Could you peek in the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping ot_shipping ... and makes sure you do NOT have on the Free Shipping for that ...

I checked Order Totals -> Shipping: ot_shipping, and the "Allow Free Shipping" was set to true. I set it to false, and there was no noticeable difference to the checkout process.

It still has FREE SHIPPING! available in the Checkout regardless of the order total, and the Checkout is still missing the Flat Rate option.

Are your products marked as Always Free Shipping, Virtual Products or have downloads on them?

My products are marked No for Virtual, and No for Always Free Shipping.

What shipping modules do you have installed?

Free Shipping Options - freeoptions [yellow status icon]
FREE SHIPPING - freeshipper [yellow status icon]
Store Pickup - storepickup [green status icon]

Could you go the the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... and make sure that you do not have the setting turned on for:

Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
0= no
1= yes

Note: When using Free Shipping, Enable the Free Shipping Module this will only show when shipping is free.
