Any time I click "Import" for a particular branch website that we run, and select "Import Via Internet", Stone Edge Order Manager tells me that "Website reports there are no orders to download." but we know there are orders to download, so, somewhere something is not connecting properly.

I assume this issue stems from Zen Cart since none of the other websites we run have issues importing the orders into Stone Edge Order Manager.

Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts? Thanks in advance!
