customizing template questions

I have two oddball questions:

1) Can I replace the header search box with a nice big Palpal logo/link?

2) When I add "reviews" sidebox to the front page, the text for the title is HUGE but I can't seem to find it to fix it on my stylesheet.

Any help would be appreciated...the upgrade is finally installed and mostly working fine, but while I'm at it I might as well fix some of the nitpicky stuff I've never been real happy with.

The reviews font is huge because of this:

h3.leftBoxHeading a, h3.rightBoxHeading a {

Ahhha... strange, that changed ALL of them; and I was just looking for the one that was different...because it was the only way displaying that size. I thought it had to be a seperate line somewhere.
