Decimal places in the invoice

I am not sure what I did. I am running 1.5.0. All of a sudden the total on the invoice only shows 2 decimal places if there is an actual number there, so $35.80 shows as $35.8. Also $0.00 sales tax is showing despite having set admin/MyStore/Sales Tax display status is set to 0. I recently installed Tax Cloud

Let me rephrase my question in hopes that someone can help me out. I am using 1.5, and all of a sudden the zencart invoice prints prices with a floating point decimal, not a fixed point, so the total displays as $25.1 instead of $25.10.

Also $0 sales tax is showing despite that fact that I have it turned off
