Problem with HTML newsletter

Hi guys,
I have this problem: I make some Html Newsletter template with http://mailchimp.com/ and then export HTML file and take Html Code with firebug of Firefox. Finally when i paste this code in newsletter area (in admin panel) and click on Preview Everything is fine and good looking, but finally when send mail to customers there is only HTML Code nothing else. There is no pictures and anything else (not good loking like in preview). Can you tell me how to resolve this problem. Thank you in advance.

Upgrade to 1.5.0. You are running 1.3.9 G I think it was?

Today I will try to upgrade and hope to resolve problem. Strange is that when I paste code in admin area and click on preview everything is looking all right but when I send to customers they only see HTML code.

What are your email settings? Is HTML an option for sending emails/newsletters?

If you are using mailchimp to create your newsletters - why not send them from that program?

There are 2 reasons. First is that I have input all mail addresses manual and to create new list and second is that there is limit in sending mails.
My settings for HTML in admin panel are:
E-Mail Transport Method - smtpauth
Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails - true
Sned Email- true.

That's are my settings for HTML if you know that in needed more pls. tell me.

I read that in email folder I have to create new one with 2 letters depends from my language. Somebody to know how has to be call this folder. I am from Bulgaria and try with bg but problem still consist.
