eBay has a system called "TurboLister" which allows you to bulk-manage product data on your eBay shop.

TurboLister also allows a CSV file export, but the FORMAT of this file is specific ONLY to eBay. (They deliberately make it complicated in order to make it difficult to re-render the CSV in formats suitable for external shopping carts.)

HOWEVER... it is always possible to re-render spreadsheet data - if you have time and patience.

There are COMMERCIAL SERVICES available that will re-format Turbolister data to make it importable into other shopping carts, but these are quite expensive.

Writing a MODULE to do this is possible (there was a ZC/eBay) module a while back, but because eBay constantly re-shapes the way Turbolister works, keeping this module up-to-date was too onerous for its author, so he abandoned it.

Chadderuski's EASY POPULATE VERSION 4 is one way to import lots of products.

The APSONA shop system is also a good one.
