    Default Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.

    I'm using V1.5 and went live with a client yesterday. I'm now noticing nobody can order because of the message, "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time. Please contact us for alternate arrangements."

    We have the freeshipper option setup with NONE setup as the zone. I've been searching about a dozen or more topics through the years in the forum and I can't figure out what's causing the problem.

    Any ideas how I can get this eliminated?

    Are you using FREE SHIPPING freeshipper or Free Shipping Options freeoptions shipping module?

    Is shipping free to everyone for everything?

    I'm using the FREESHIPPER option - all products are free shipping.

    Are all of your Product Weight set to 0? If so, do you have Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... setting set to true:
    Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
    If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
    0= no
    1= yes
    or are ALL Products set to Always Free Shipping?

    Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
    If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
    0= no
    1= yes
