I'm using V1.5 and went live with a client yesterday. I'm now noticing nobody can order because of the message, "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time. Please contact us for alternate arrangements."
We have the freeshipper option setup with NONE setup as the zone. I've been searching about a dozen or more topics through the years in the forum and I can't figure out what's causing the problem.
Any ideas how I can get this eliminated?
