Transfer current store from one domain to another?

I copied and pasted the entire ZenCart Shop public_html/shop to my desktop, and now and trying to upload it to a new .com on a different server. The old server is now gone, and I have a feeling I was supposed to copy the databases as well to get this to work. But now that I've uploaded the entire >shop folder, it does not work on the new server.

Is there any hope here? Even If I lost the customers and orders within zen because I didnt back up databases, do you think It is possible to at least save the Look and feel of the site the way it was?Or the products and pages that were there before? All the images and templates are still there... however the site does not recongnize the new folder?

I currently have in place the basic zen template.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone would be interested in putting it back in place the best it can be for $50, thats about what its worth to me.

Yeah... i'm lazy... I will attempt it if no body takes me up on the offer of $50. I got the new template to register... now just looking for the products etc.

With no copy of your database available, your only option is to re-create the products from within admin.

I had the same problem. I needed to migrate http://video-game-repair-parts.com from godaddy.com (10 sec page load time) to another host - bluehost.com (2 sec. page load).

Even though I was able to create the site, I was unable (retarded) to transfer hosts by myself.

I employed someone to do it for $40.

Please note, I represent neither godaddy.com, zen-cart.com, freelancer.com, or bluehost.com.....

I only represent the Console Doctor.
