I keep getting this error when trying to edit my main page in the define pages editor.

I can't decide if the issue is in the writability of my files or if it's to do with the access I granted my user name at my web host... and if it is that I can't figure out how to change it.

I did follow the instructions about which files to make writable when I installed however I haven't done anything with my store for 3 months so I don't know if I inadvertantly changed something with my host. If it is the writability of the file I'm not sure where to find it to change that.

Can anyone help? I'm on version 1.3.9 if that helps at all.
