Who is on-line issue

Hello

I used to have on right hand side of the Page in section who is on-line a shopping card from costumer ,
when the costumer put item to shopping card i have been able to see what item he wants to purchase ,at some point this option disappear ,could you please let me know how i cant bring the option back ?
