Simple delete the files and folders that you uploaded when you uploaded (added) the additional language files originally.

Would that be enough if i delete the new language packade from admin?
You were asking which folders to delete, so that's how I answered you. It seemed that you already knew to delete the language setting in your admin.
To delete a language pack which you added to your site involves two steps:
1. Admin->Localization->Languages -- delete the language from that screen.
2. Delete the language files (the PHP files) you uploaded to your site. Usually this would be done by using your FTP program.
