They will upload exactly as the (sorry, site offline) site shows, if you had the demo products activated when you installed Zen Cart. If you didn't install the demo products, there would be some differences in appearances depending on exactly what features you had set up.

    Hi gjh42,
As far as i see, i downloaded all the filed which in the "includes" folder. There is a folder sitting along side the "includes" folder which has some logo files and is referred to as "EStore Now PSD files". Should this file be downloaded? And if so where should it go? Thank you for all your help.

"EStore Now PSD files" would be only for you to use in Photoshop or whatever, for customizing images.

Have you created an ez-page to display in the header yet?

    Hi gjh42,
I have not created the EZpage as of yet. To be honest, i am not sure what it is you want me to do and how to do it. Is it possible you can point me in the right direction. THank you for your help.

Go to Admin > Tools > Ez-Pages and create a new ez-page. Give it a title, a bit of dummy content in the textbox, and set it to Header: Yes, with a nonzero sort order. The rest doesn't matter for the moment. Save it.
Go to your storefront and you should see the red ez-pages header navbar.

    Hi Gjh42,
Went to the Ezpages in the tools section and made the changes, however nothing appears in the webpage.

You definitely did not upload the file structure correctly. You have multiple style elements missing. This is what it should look like with a fresh install:

    http://www.oozix.com/store2

The only difference is the contact link I added to the EZ Pages.

Make sure you uploaded the entire includes folder that came with the template in to the root of your store. Don't pick and choose folders and/or files and try to figure out where they go.

PS: And make sure your images are being uploaded in binary and your php files in ascii. Your ftp client should have a setting for doing this automatically.

Will I have to go into the back end of Zencart and go to configuration/ezpages settings, and then select one of the applicable settings?
Only if the settings have been changed from default. You should look and see what the settings are now.

    Hey guys,
Thank you for all the help. I brought in a new free template to see if i could get it to work and strange enough the nav bar is also missing and the layout not the same. As RescoCCC noted i must be copying the files incorrectly. Is there a way i can reboot and start from a clean slate? I feel that i have been in filezilla and uploading files all over the place and in some cases deleting files, when i think i made an error, overall probably making a real mess. Thank you for your patience...
