I am trying to open my admin panel and get this screen.

1226 User 'xxxxxx' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 75000)
in:
[select * from zen_project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

What does it mean and how do I fix it.

Called my host company and they said the site will reset itself in under a hour.
I noticed that by going to the Whos online that a lot of spiders visits my site every day. I think that is adding to this problem

After talking to my hosting company they wanted to charge another $20.00 a month to give me double the 75000.
So I found this: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24089 that you posted years ago, and added it to my files. I hope this takes care of the problem and also that I did it correctly. Time will tell. I still consider myself a newbe.
