Can I put an Add to cart button on EZ Page or external page?

In v 1.5, I need to place an add to cart button for one particular product on an external page or an EZ Page. I have done it in other versions, but that way does not seem to work in the new version. Could someone please help?

Yes, but I did forget to mention that I need to be able to add a text attribute. Ideally, I would like to be able to process an external form, mainly because I want to get the attribute data into text form and only use one product. Something like this:
