    Default E-mail logo's won't change

    For example, when I get notified an order has been placed, I get the e-mail, open it, and it shows the zen cart logo up top. I changed the picture in emails/header.jpg, but it's not changing. When I right click on the picture in e-mail, the image location is http://www.ponyrparts.com/email/header.jpg, yet, it's showing the zen cart logo when it should be my logo. What gives?

    It's cached.

    Empty your browser's cache and your email client's cache, and restart your browser and your email client, and the new image will appear.

    I am also having this issue. Even after clearing cache on email client and browser, it still doesn't work. Any other workable solution greatly appreciated.

    If the file on the server hasn't been changed, then the image in your emails won't be changed either.

    I am having this same problem. The file has been changed on the server. If I link to it on my server, it shows the correct logo. I have refreshed both caches, and waited for it to fix itself ..2 days later, the emails are still showing the zen logo. I have also, changed the link in the emails to be the ull url instead of the email/header.jpg... still not working.

    Update: It was thunderbird.. I purchased a new email program and now it's working.

    I am having the same problem. I uploaded my logo to http://www.petluxuryboutique.com/email/header.gif and it didn't take either. I cleaned out my cache too? Can you help?

    Now, I guess I really screwed something up!I have no idea what I did!!!?? Does the image have to be a .jpg? That's the only change, now it's a .gif???
