Well, the answer is actually yes. But the reason why I'm posting this is that a previous post got no attention to the problem created by having 2 onetime fees.
The only problem is that though both fees are shown in the shopping cart up underneath the product costs, only one of the one-time fees shows up in the subtotal. Later in checkout, both fees do show up and get charged.
So do you suppose this is a bug?
See if this works for you ...
Edit the file:
/includes/classes/shopping_cart.php
and around line 778 change the = to a += for:
