Hi there,
I am a newbie to Zencart as a client would like to update their homepage content. I've navigated to where the homepage content is (/includes/templates/classic/templates/tpl_index_default.php)
and updated the HTML. After uploading via FTP the site content doesn't update. Any ideas what I could possibly be doing wrong? Thanks!

That's the wrong file, depending on what content you're trying to change. Look at includes/languages/english/html_includes/YOUR_TEMPLATE_NAME/define_main_page.php, or edit that page in Admin - Tools - Define Pages Editor.

Start by reading the Tutorials/FAQs for the how to customize Zen Cart.
