hi folks, does anyone know of a simple way to create a form page in zen cart? it's a for a very simple form for customers to enter some specific details and for this to be emailed. i've tried the option of customising the contact us page but this has not been okay with very limited flexiblity to customize the page as required. any ideas anyone?
