For some reason anytime a person with a active login tries to login using an incorrect password he is not prompted with the error informing him that something is wrong with his login information. but when a person logs in with the correct information the website flows normally. Basically how can we get the site to prompt the user when he enters he wrong username/password for his login attempt. The link to my site is
    HTML Code:
    homelinencollection.com
you can create a login to see what i am talking about.

    Any help would be useful

    Thank You
    Sal

A fresh clean uncustomized install of Zen Cart with the default template will properly display all relevant error messages.

So, something in your template, or your code customizations, has broken that original functionality.

Further, your two identical threads have been merged into one. Please don't start new threads for the same exact topic; it's akin to spam.

When your custom/addon template doesn't work properly, you need to compare all your custom/addon template files vs the template_default files, and fix whatever functionality has been removed or broken.

Then also compare all your custom language files vs the originals. And then if there's still problems, compare all your modified modules files with the originals.

Basically everything under /includes/ needs to be checked to determine whatever was broken by your customizations/addons.
