I just saw an email saying paypal is updating its api in April. Will 1.3.8 - 1.5 users have any issues with this? Anyone know more details on the update and our effects?

Um ... they're changing datacenters, and their API services will be down during that upgrade, which is taking place in April.
And, IP addresses will be changing as part of that move.
Those are all things that won't affect Zen Cart stores running v1.3.9 or newer.
Was there something ELSE specifically mentioned in the email YOU got that talks about "updating" APIs? Specifics are way more useful than "I just saw an email ..."
