    Default Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.

    Hi folks,

    I am having a little issue. I have seen similar issues but they pertained to sites giving free items... mine is a pay site.

    Currently for whatever reason my customers are getting this:

    "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time."

    I am not quite sure what to do to solve this issue. I only have one payment module active/ installed. The module I have installed is for authorize.net. I do not have any of the other modules active.

    I hope some one can help or point me to the right thread if this is a re-posted question.

    Check the Modules ... Payment ... and edit the AuthorizeNet and see if you have a Zone set on it ...

    Thank you, I will go reset my Zone. Right now it shows California. I will move it none and see if that takes care of my issue. :)

    Thanks for the update that removing the Zone from the Payment module fixed this issue ...

    hello, i am getting the same error through checkout. i have searched the forum and realized it has to do with zones. i have checked my zones. i have a fresh install of 1.5 zen and the only plugin i have on is google checkout. that's it. i have flat rate for shipping and double checked that. i think i have double checked everything.

    any clue why i am still getting this error?
