I installing the zen cart 1.3.9h ,Setup - System Inspection.appear under and I don't know how to do.

I Installed it in the localhost. use wamp5

The system is checking for CURL capability, as well as ability to connect to external servers. Apparently your localhost PC isn't capable of doing that, hence the messages you're seeing.
Since you won't run a real live site on this computer, you can ignore the message. But you will NOT be able to use payment or shipping modules, nor currency updates, that require CURL for normal operation.
When you put your site on a proper live internet website server, then you will not have that error.

look the message ,I found I install the ssl and curl.

Those messages mean that CURL is unable to connect to other websites.

Again, as I said before, you can ignore those messages in your wamp setup because you won't use payment gateways or shipping quotes for a wamp test site.
