paypal express checkout shipping address not override the paypal address

Hi,

In paypal express checkout when customer changes the shipping address it will not override with paypal address. and i have setup the ADDROVERRIDE to 1. Still not working..

You said you're using v1.3.9a. Before you do anything else, upgrade to at least v1.3.9h. Many issues with EC were addressed between a and h versions.
There were no database changes, so it's just a matter of replacing all the files that changed between each version a->b->c->d->e->f->g->h

AFTER you've done that, then test the symptoms you're having, and if necessary post back here again, and add more details.

In Paypal express checkout When customers enter their delivery address sometimes the country is changed to united states..

i.e. when customers changed there delivery address from the site and the complete the payment then in the order mail the delivery country takes default united states..

please help..
