    Default fix cache permissions

I installed fix cache in my zencart folder where my index.php resides. As per the instructions I tried to open that address and I get
"you do not have permission" In the instructions it says to go to that address in a browser and open that folder and run the program. How do I get around the permissions? or is there another way of doing this.

Which EXACT folder did you put the file in? It should be in the same folder where you have ipn_main_handler.php, index.php, nddbc.html, etc

There are "index.php" files in A LOT of other folders. Those would be the wrong folders.
