The first time I noticed this was just now, and this is the first time it happened so I don't know if it will happen again.
A customer made a valid order on my site and paid using paypal. It was echeck, but i doubt that matters.
I recieved the first valid order confirmation, and then immediately after a 2nd confirmation with order # one number higher , but no items in the list:

Also, the transaction ID on the top of both emails is matching.
The first mail had the valid "office use info" on the The second email has this on the bottom:

IP Address: 66.211.170.66 - 66.211.170.66
Host Address: notify.paypal.com
Date and Time: Tue Mar 13 2012 9:05:18 MDT
-> Note, the last order I recieved before this was about 10 hours ago so either this is a very new issue or it does not happen all the time so I don't know exactly how to reproduce it.
- using the latest version with all USPS updates.
- has been freshly installed on v1.5.0
- no addons except usps
- only style customizations
anyway, this is kind of a minimal issue unless it keeps happening in which case i'm sure someone else will notice it. but just wanted to post what i saw.
